1 I reply within 24 hours with whether your date is free and what your options look like. If I'm already booked I'll say so straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
2 We have a proper chat, on a call or over coffee if you're nearby. This is mostly me asking about your day and you deciding whether you'd want me at it.
3 A 25% deposit locks the date in. Revolut, bank transfer, or card. Nothing is held until that lands, so if you're set on a date it's worth moving early.
