Wedding planning has a funny way of starting off exciting and very quickly turning into a lot of decisions.
The venue. The dress. The suits. The guest list. The music. The photos. The budget. The opinions from everyone who suddenly has very strong thoughts about your day.
If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed, you’re not doing anything wrong. Most couples feel the same at some point.
That’s why we’re delighted to be exhibiting at The Wedding Show at the RDS on 5th & 6th September 2026.
With over 200 wedding suppliers all under one roof, it’s one of the easiest ways to step away from the endless scrolling and start making real progress with your plans.
You’ll find Duffymog Studios at Stand T4, just to the right of the catwalk as you’re facing it. We’ll be showing real full-day wedding galleries and our first wedding film, answering your questions, and helping you figure out what feels right for your day. Both of us will be there, Gabriela on the chief photographer and Conor on the second shooter and video side. Hopefully we get to chat with you, it’s important to hit it off with your photographer/videographer as we will also be your main assistant on the day and therapist too if the nerves get to you (we’ve got you covered whatever the situation is).
Tickets are only €15.50 and are available on Eventbrite or at wed.ie.
Sometimes, you just need to see it in real life
You can scroll for hours. Save posts, compare websites, send screenshots into group chats and still not feel any closer to making a decision. It’s analysis paralysis, I I struggle with it making any purchase over €100 nevermind planning a whole wedding so it can be nice to put a face to the name.
At The Wedding Show, you’ll be able to properly experience what suppliers offer, not just how it looks online.
We’ll be bringing full start-to-finish galleries from recent weddings rather than the ten best photos from each one, because the highlight reel is the easy part. What you actually want to know is what the whole day looks like through someone’s lens: the quiet bits of the morning, the ceremony, the speeches, the last hour on the dancefloor. We’ll have our wedding film playing too, so you can hear the audio quality and see how the photography and video sit side by side.
Whether you’re trying to work out your style, sense-check your budget, or figure out whether you want video as well as photography, we’re there to help.
There’s really no pressure to book us. We want you to find a good match and if that’s not us we really won’t take offence, there are so many great photographers and videographers at the show.

It’s not just inspiration, it’s clarity
Of course, The Wedding Show is full of ideas. But the real value is that it helps couples make sense of everything.
If you’re not sure where to start, what to prioritise, or what’s worth your budget, spending a few hours at the show can make things feel much clearer. (If budget is the bit keeping you up at night, we’ve written about what wedding photography actually costs in Ireland and how to save money without cutting your photography.)
You’ll find expert advice, live catwalk shows, “I Do” School workshops, music showcases, the Off-The-Rail Boutique, the Sip & See Lounge, and plenty of opportunities to discover suppliers you may not have even thought about yet.
It’s a day designed to help you move from “we have no idea” to “okay, this is starting to come together.”
Bring your people
Most couples come together, but it’s also a lovely day out with whoever is helping you plan; a parent, a sibling, your bridesmaids, your groomsmen, your best friend, or whoever gives the best honest opinion (though sometimes you need to ignore everyone else’s opinion and go with your gut).
Wedding planning is easier when you can talk things through, see options in person, and make decisions with the people who know you best.
Come say hello
If you’re planning a wedding for 2026 (cutting it tight but hey that adds to the excitement), 2027 or 2028, we’d love to meet you at The Wedding Show. Come find us at Stand T4, to the right of the catwalk as you’re facing it. Bring your rough plan and we’ll talk through timings, portrait windows, and how the light works at your venue. If your date is looking tight, we’ll check the calendar there and then.
The Wedding Show at the RDS 5th & 6th September 2026 RDS Main Hall, Dublin Stand T4, right of the catwalk, facing it 10:00am – 5:00pm Tickets €15.50 via Eventbrite or wed.ie
Sometimes the easiest way to move forward is to stop scrolling and see it for yourself.
Can’t make it, or would rather skip the queue? You can tell us about your day here and we’ll come find you at the stand, or set up a call for after the weekend if that suits better.
